Mr. Holder is a general practice lawyer that takes pride in solving any and all problems, but he is also very experienced in four areas: Criminal Defense, Family Law, Auto Accidents, and Estate Planning. Mr. Holder has successfully defended hundreds of clients for a wide range of offenses, from CDL tickets to serious felony charges. He has also handled dozens of custody and visitation battles, child support and guardianship matters. Mr. Holder has also had success in personal injury cases and routinely helps clients with their estate planning so they can save up to hundreds of thousands of dollars.

About Mr. Holder
Mr. Holder grew up in El Dorado, Arkansas. He attended Hendrix College and the UALR Bowen School of Law in Little Rock, where he served on the Law Review and graduated with Honors.
Since moving to Pocahontas he has served as president of the Lawrence and Randolph County Bar Association and has been a member of the Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. He has also been a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association. He is a member of Witts Chapel Baptist Church in Maynard and serves on the Board of Directors at the Doni Martin Center for children with developmental disabilities.
Mr. Holder is also the author of the monthly newsletter, Know Your Legal Rights, which covers criminal defense and auto accident topics and is distributed in Randolph, Lawrence, and Craighead Counties.
